Business Developer (M/F/D) – India

Colquímica Adhesives is a global leader in hot‑melt adhesives, with operations across Portugal, Poland, and the United States. We develop innovative adhesive solutions that touch millions of lives every day.

We’re looking for someone who is agile, innovative, and values proximity to join our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a business development strategy for the Indian market.
• Identify, qualify and convert new customers and distributors.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Coordinate technical and commercial projects with internal teams.
• Support customer trials, product approvals and market development activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and support contract management.
• Deliver regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports and market intelligence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
• Experience within adhesives, chemicals, packaging, hygiene, paper converting is highly valued.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluency in English.
• Availability for frequent travel across India.
