However, these substances are not added to the manufacturing process or to the final products and, based on our best knowledge and raw materials supplier information, we have no reason to expect that these substances would be present, except for negligible quantities on the level of natural/technical impurities.
Our products are not analyzed on a regular basis for the presence of the substances listed in the Proposition 65 (last updated 29/12/2023), officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. We also declare that these substances, which may cause cancer or reproductive toxicity, are not added to the manufacturing process or to the final products and, based on our best knowledge and raw materials supplier information, we have no reason to expect that these substances would be present, except for negligible quantities on the level of natural/technical impurities.
RoHS states that “Member States shall ensure that from June, 8 of 2011, new electrical and electronic equipment put on the market does not contain lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) or polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE), including decabromodiphenyl ether”. To our best knowledge, these mentioned substances, and others like bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP), are not used as raw materials in our products, nor are they added during the production process or the final products.
