Key Account Manager - Spain (M/F/D)

Colquímica Adhesives is a global leader in hot‑melt adhesives, with operations across Portugal, Poland, and the United States. We develop innovative adhesive solutions that touch millions of lives every day.

We’re looking for someone who is agile, innovative, and values proximity to join our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and expand Colquímica Adhesives' presence in Spain;
• Acquire and manage relationships with customers and strategic partners;
• Lead commercial negotiations and support customer qualification proceses;
• Monitor market trends, competitors and industry developments;
• Deliver sales forecasts, pipeline updates and business reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry or related field;
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or account management:
• Experience within adhesives, chemicals, packaging, hygiene, paper converting;
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills;
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset;
• Fluency in English (valued);
• Availability to work remotely;
•  Availability for frequent travel across Spain.
