RD&I Engineer (M/F/D)

Colquímica Adhesives is a global leader in hot‑melt adhesives, with operations across Portugal, Poland, and the United States. We develop innovative adhesive solutions that touch millions of lives every day.

We’re looking for someone who is agile, innovative, and values proximity to join our RD&I team.

Key Responsibilities

·        Collaborate in the development of new products

·        Prepare test specimens and perform technical tests

·        Collaborate in the reformulation of adhesives to replace raw materials

·        Understand approved raw materials

·        Collaborate in the technical analysis of competitor adhesives and materials sent by clients

·        Comply with the SGQA

·        Comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

Requirements:

·        Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent (Bachelors/Masters)

·        Ideally, 1 to 2 years of experience

·        Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques

·        Fluency in English

·        Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·        GIPPE

·        SAP
