Sales Assistant (M/F/D)

Colquímica Adhesives is a global leader in hot‑melt adhesives, with operations across Portugal, Poland, and the United States. We develop innovative adhesive solutions that touch millions of lives every day.

We’re looking for someone who is agile, innovative, and values proximity to join our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders and samples for both domestic and international markets;
• Ensure that customer-specific packaging requirements are met in collaboration with the Production Department;
• Confirm receipt of orders to customers in both domestic and international markets;
• Confirm shipment of orders to customers in both domestic and international markets;
• Issue pro forma invoices;
• Verify final invoices for both domestic and international markets;
• Set up new third-party entities/customers in the domestic market and manage mailing lists accordingly;
• Manage domestic and international price lists.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (12th Grade);
• Previous experience in a similar role;
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Excellent communication skills.
